Berkeley Center for Advanced Study of the Earth


Bylaws

The Berkeley Center for Advanced Study of the Earth  (B-CASE) is an association of researchers who work together on the scientifically and socially important problems related to finite earth systems. The Center is affiliated with the the University of California at Berkeley (Cal).

The Center is organized as follows:

- Any faculty member or researcher employed by Cal or LBNL may join the Center subject to approval by the Council

- Faculty from other universities may become Academic Fellows affiliated with the Center subject to approval by the Council

- Industry specialists may become Industrial Fellows affiliated with the Center subject to approval by the Council

- The major policies of the Center shall be made by the B-CASE Council
