Cal GeoEngineering Program offers unique research capabilities in reservoir engineering and applied geophysics.

We specialize in joint inversion of multiphase fluid flow in the reservoir conditioned by the

- Seismic (surface 3D, 4D, and X-well) data,
- Electromagnetic (surface and borehole-to-borehole ) data, and
- Gravimetric data, together with
- Measurement while drilling data. 

We work closely with the Earth Sciences Division at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and the Civil Engineering and Geology & Geophysics faculty at Cal.
